Terms and Conditions:

Air Ticket Charges:

The air ticket component of the tour (please confirm the specific cost with us, as it varies for each tour) is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within 45 days of the commencement date.

Clothing Costs:

A clothing cost of up to $500 per traveler is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within 60 days of the commencement date. Clothing production begins two months in advance, and clothing will be provided to the traveler even if they are unable to attend the tour.

Refund Policy on Remaining Costs:

50% of the remaining costs (excluding air tickets and clothing) is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within 30 days of the commencement date.

20% of the remaining costs (excluding air tickets and clothing) is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within 60 days of the commencement date.

Partial or Full Refunds on Air Tickets:

In certain cases, a partial or full refund of air tickets may be possible if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the tour's commencement. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Schedule:

Full payment for the tour must be completed no later than 30 days before the commencement of the tour.

Traveler Insurance:

Travelers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and any other unforeseen circumstances. Hutt Hawks will not be liable for any costs incurred due to a lack of appropriate travel insurance.

Health and Safety Requirements:

Travelers must ensure they meet the health and vaccination requirements for travel to India. Hutt Hawks is not responsible for any issues arising from a traveler’s failure to meet these requirements.

Liability Disclaimer:

Hutt Hawks is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.

Changes to Itinerary:

Hutt Hawks reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible.

Visa Application:

Travelers are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own visas for travel to India, as the process involves personal information that Hutt Hawks cannot handle on their behalf. Hutt Hawks will provide the necessary guidance and details to assist with the visa application process.
