Terms and Conditions for Commercial Sponsorship

1. Sponsorship Payment: The payment outlined in this invoice is for the sponsorship of Epic Homes and includes the placement of the company's logo on the front of the team shirts for the 2024-25 cricket season. This payment is non-refundable once the invoice has been settled.
2. Logo Placement: The logo will be prominently displayed on the front of the team shirts as agreed. The size and positioning of the logo will be as per the design specifications mutually approved by both parties.
3. Usage Rights: By making this payment, Epic Homes grants permission for the use of its logo on the team’s apparel, promotional materials, and any related media coverage during the agreed season.
4. Duration: The sponsorship agreement covers the 2024-25 cricket season only. Any extension or renewal of this sponsorship agreement will be subject to a separate negotiation and invoice.
5. Design Approval: Epic Homes will have the opportunity to review and approve the final design of the shirts prior to production. Any requests for changes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving the design proof.
6. Liability: The sponsor acknowledges that the team is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the sponsor's logo or brand in connection with this sponsorship.
