Bit over two Months to Go: Essential Preparations for the Sept/Oct 2024 Tour

Hey team! With just under three months left until the Sept/Oct 2024 tour kicks off, it’s time to ensure we’re all set and ready to go. Here’s what you need to know and do:

Visa:  It’s a bit too early to apply for your visa now, as the visa validity is for 30 days from the date of approval, meaning you must travel within 30 days after your visa is approved. Ideally, you should apply for your visa on or after August 27th. We will ensure to remind you as the date approaches.

Update Spreadsheet: First things first, head over to our Travelers Completion List and make sure your details are up to date. This includes essential information like insurance details, vaccination status, and consent forms (for travelers under 18 not traveling with parents). You can find the consent form template here.

Flight Tickets: We’ve just wrapped up the flight arrangements for those traveling with us as a group. Below is the flight itinerary for your reference:

Insurance: Now that ticketing is sorted, it’s crucial to arrange travel insurance. You can get a quote from our travel agent or opt for popular providers like 1Cover or Southern Cross.
